1. Digital Service Policy
All StelloTV subscriptions are delivered electronically and activated digitally. Once service credentials have been delivered and activated, the service is considered provided.
Because of the nature of digital products, refunds are limited and subject to review.
2. Eligible Refund Requests
A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:
- The subscription was purchased but not delivered.
- The service cannot be activated due to a verified issue on our side.
- Duplicate payments were made for the same order.
- A technical problem prevents service activation and cannot be resolved by our support team.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Incorrect device selection by the customer.
- Device incompatibility not verified before purchase.
- Internet connection issues.
- Temporary service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
- Failure to follow setup instructions.
- Subscription already activated and functioning.
- Violation of our Terms of Service.
4. Refund Request Period
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact StelloTV support before opening a payment dispute or chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Termination of active subscriptions
- Restriction from future purchases
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider and banking institution.

7. Free Support Before Refund
Before issuing a refund, our technical support team may attempt to resolve:
- Activation issues
- Setup problems

- Streaming performance issues
Most problems can be resolved quickly with assistance from our support team.
8. Subscription Cancellation
Customers may choose not to renew their subscription at any time.
Cancellation of future renewals does not automatically qualify for a refund of the current subscription period.
